Donation
At the completion of our 6 month hike from Mexico to Canada, Banner and I will distribute 100% of our donations raised to 1) the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and 2) local Sponsoring Shelters along the route of the Pacific Crest Trail. Click these links to learn how your donation will benefit these entities...  Sponsoring Shelters If you choose to make a donation to PCT for Pets, you can also choose to have us send your donation to either the American Society for the Prevention fo Cruelty to Animals or to our Sponsoring Shelters. A third option will help you locate a shelter near your home that you can send a donation to directly. How much should you donate? Of course, any amount you can spare would be very much appreciated by Banner and I, the ASPCA, and our Sponsoring Shelters. However, if you'd like some help deciding an amount to donate, one idea is to donate a few cents per mile of the PCT's 2650 mile length. Here are some examples: 1 cent per mile X 2650 miles = $26.50 2 cents per mile X 2650 miles = $53.00 3 cents per mile X 2650 miles = $79.50 If you are ready to donate, START by selecting one of the following options:    PCT for Pets is a registered not-for-profit organization.
